About the Arizona ESA
Arizona's Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) gives families state education funds to spend on approved learning expenses. The Arizona Department of Education runs the program, and families spend their funds through ClassWallet.

About Learning Farm
Learning Farm is an online practice program for students in grades K-8. Your child works through question sets that adjust to their level, with immediate feedback and a worked explanation on every question. A parent account shows what was practiced and what was mastered. It runs in any current web browser with nothing to install.

Standards alignment
Every Learning Farm topic is tied to one standard for the grade. You can see which skills your child practiced and which ones are mastered.
For Arizona families, Learning Farm uses its Common Core State Standards program. It is not written standard by standard to Arizona's K-12 Academic Standards, and it is not a copy of the AASA. What your child gets is skill-by-skill practice in the core K-8 subjects.

What is included and what it costs

The term ends June 30, 2027. ADE approves a subscription only for dates inside the program's academic year, July 1 to June 30 (the ADE contract year). So you pay $7.99 for each month left in the year, and never more than $79. Today that is the full-year price, $79.00.
ClassWallet charges a 2% payment processing fee on an invoice paid through its platform. The invoice shows it on its own line, and it is not part of the subscription price. Your total is $79.00 plus $1.61, so you request $80.61.
A purchase with program funds is one invoice for the whole term. Families who pay by card can choose $7.99 a month or $79 a year.

Refunds
You can ask for a full refund of an annual subscription within 30 days of the start date, for any reason. You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time, and partial months are not refunded. A refund of Arizona ESA funds is made by check or money order to the Arizona Department of Education. It is never paid to the parent, and it never goes back through ClassWallet.
Paying with your ESA funds
Program funds cannot go through a card checkout. You pay through ClassWallet with an invoice, and you make that invoice yourself in about two minutes.
- Sign up. Choose the grade level, give your name and your child's name, and pick a username and a password. No card is needed.
- Download your invoice. It is ready at once. It is a plain Learning Farm invoice that shows the student, the dates of service and the total. It does not name the program.
- Upload it in ClassWallet. Log in to ClassWallet, choose Pay Vendor, pick Learning Farm, request exactly $80.61, attach the invoice and submit.
- Wait for approval. ADE reviews the request. This can take a few weeks. When it is approved, ClassWallet pays Learning Farm directly from your account. You pay nothing out of pocket.
- Start. Your child's account starts the day the payment reaches us, and we email you.
