How it works: This form makes your account and your invoice. You upload the invoice in ClassWallet, and ClassWallet pays Learning Farm from your account. No card is needed.
When the account starts: Your account starts the day the payment reaches us, and we email you. A program review can take a few weeks. To start today, pay by card. A card purchase cannot use program funds.
Price: $79.00 for one student at one grade level, with every subject offered at that grade. The program pays only for dates inside its academic year, so the term ends June 30, 2027. ClassWallet charges a 2% payment processing fee, which the invoice shows as its own line, so the total you request is $80.61.
Why we ask for the student's name: The program requires it on the invoice. We keep it with the invoice only.
Multiple children: Fill in this form one time for each child. Each child gets an invoice, and you pay each one from that student's account.
Terms & Conditions: Your purchase entitles you to unlimited access to the selected Learning Farm product for the term on your invoice. You may cancel within 30 days of the start date for a full refund. A refund of Arizona ESA funds is made by check or money order to the Arizona Department of Education.
